Expertise.com is a company dedicated to connecting clients with the best local providers. They are seeking a Customer Service Agent responsible for conducting concierge and provider-matching calls to clients, ensuring excellent service and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehend how we do things with clients and make sure they're getting their money's worth
- Competent in conducting basic provider data research
- Conduct phone conversations with clients in the capacity of an executive assistant, maintaining a balance between casual and professional tones
- Jot down what you talk about with clients in a clear and accurate way
- Roll with the punches when things change at work, and still get the job done right
- Stay pumped and focused on getting stuff done on time
- Demonstrate success in initiating and executing new ideas
- Manage personal productivity and work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Has proficient to advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Has the proven ability to multitask and think outside the box
- Has system requirements as mandated by the project
- Do you have more than 1 year of experience making outbound calls - including appointment setting?
- Do you have reliable internet, good computer specs, and a quiet environment to make high-quality calls?
- Are you a responsible person that can be trusted to work remotely?
- Can you handle night shift hours?
- Are you someone with a great attitude with a proven history of hitting KPIs?
- BPO Customer Service Agent Profile preferred
- Has at least 1 year of Sales/SDR experience
- Has at least 2 years of BPO experience, preferably in a work-from-home environment
- Familiarity with the use of several remote work tools
