Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
- Integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple source systems
- Support recurring report generation and dashboard development
- Implement validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation processes
- Develop automated reporting and data-processing solutions
- Support data governance, metadata management, and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with STU, ITM, DQI, and OCIO stakeholders
- Participate in business requirements gathering and technical implementation planning
- Perform database optimization and performance tuning
- Support IIDS enhancements, automation initiatives, and reporting modernization efforts
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational guides
- Support testing, deployment, and maintenance activities for reporting solutions
Requirements:
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or database development
- Strong SQL and ETL development experience
- Experience with Python and data integration tools
- Experience working with enterprise-scale data environments
- Knowledge of data quality, governance, and reporting processes
- Experience with Tableau, Qlik, ArcGIS, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Foundry
- Knowledge of MLOps, AI governance, and model validation practices
- Federal government or law enforcement analytics experience
- Graduate degree in a quantitative field
