Job Title: Businessolver Consultant (Remote)
Location : Seattle, WA
We are seeking an experienced Businessolver Consultant with strong skills in benefits configuration and data feed management.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain benefit plans, eligibility rules, rates, and enrollment settings in Businessolver
- Manage inbound/outbound data feeds and integrations
- Validate data, troubleshoot issues, and support implementations
- Perform testing and support system enhancements
- Create configuration documents and process documentation
- Collaborate with business and technical teams
Required Skills:
- Hands-on Businessolver/Benefitsolver experience
- Strong benefits administration knowledge
- Experience with plan configuration and enrollment processes
- Data feeds, integrations, file validation, and troubleshooting experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
