Job Summary:
Seeking an IAM Security Engineer to support Identity & Access Management initiatives focused on Highly Privileged Access (HPA) Logging & Monitoring and Secrets Rotation. The role will partner with application teams to onboard applications to Splunk, develop monitoring capabilities, and support testing and quality assurance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions and onboarding of applications into Splunk
- Collaborate with application owners and technology teams to implement logging and monitoring solutions
- Analyze and map security log events to Splunk data models
- Develop and validate Splunk configurations, technology add-ons, and integrations
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and manage escalations
- Develop and execute test plans, identify defects, and support QA activities
- Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of IT experience with at least 1+ year in IAM, Security Engineering, or related InfoSec domains
- Hands-on experience with IAM technologies
- Strong experience with Splunk Cloud and SPL
- Knowledge of IAM concepts including Authentication, Authorization, and RBAC
- Experience working in Cloud/PaaS environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira/Jira Align
Preferred:
Experience in Information Security, Data Protection, or Security Architecture
Experience with logging, monitoring, and security analytics solutions.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $50.00-$57.70 per hour.
