Responsibilities

Lead project delivery activities supporting enterprise Mainframe Exit and modernization initiatives.
Coordinate application discovery, dependency mapping, and migration planning efforts across technical teams.
Manage governance, project planning, scheduling, risk management, and executive reporting activities.
Facilitate coordination across application development, infrastructure, architecture, testing, and business teams.
Drive test strategy planning, execution readiness, defect management, and deployment coordination.
Oversee cutover planning, migration readiness, and production transition activities.
Maintain project documentation including status reports, RAID logs, action trackers, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Manage stakeholder communications across Hertz leadership, business partners, and Kyndryl program teams.
Identify and resolve program risks, dependencies, and escalation items impacting delivery.
Ensure alignment to modernization objectives focused on reducing legacy technology risk and enabling future-state platforms.

Qualifications

10+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
Strong experience supporting Mainframe Modernization, Mainframe Exit, Legacy System Migration, Application Modernization, Infrastructure Modernization, or Cloud Transformation programs.
Understanding of application migration strategies, dependency management, testing coordination, and deployment planning.
Proven ability to manage multiple technical workstreams and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
Strong risk management, governance, and executive reporting experience.
Experience working directly with senior business and technology leadership.
Expertise with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience utilizing Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications preferred.
