Responsibilities:
- Help customers solve their problems every day
- Provide interactive solutions (chat, email, MS Teams) while treating customers to concierge-level care
- Work with back-office teams to handle escalations
- Learn the ropes and get set up with one client on production
- Multi-task and provide support to various customers
- Grow experience and skills by interacting with different people on a variety of problems
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
- Must have AZ DMV experience
- 1+ years of support help desk knowledge
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer support knowledge
- Active listener with flexibility to modify approach and adapt to customer needs
