They are seeking a Founding Marketing Manager to establish and run their marketing efforts from the ground up, working closely with the founders to define positioning and generate pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Drive inbound pipeline through campaigns, content, and experiments
- Work closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversion
- Build and optimize funnels (website → demo → pipeline)
- Translate complex AI + ESG concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Write and produce content (LinkedIn, case studies, website, email, decks)
- Shape Briink’s voice and positioning in the market
- Plan and run webinars, roundtables, and small events
- Support conference presence and partnerships
- Turn events into repeatable pipeline channels
- Own and iterate on the website (messaging, structure, conversion)
- Create sales and marketing materials (one-pagers, decks, case studies)
- Ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution
- Create or refine visual assets (slides, social content, light web design)
- Maintain a clean, modern brand presence
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, growth, or a generalist role
- Experience in B2B SaaS or a technical product environment
- Strong writing skills — you can explain complex ideas clearly and sharply
- A bias for action — you ship quickly and iterate based on results
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership
- Comfort working directly with founders and sales teams
- Experience in marketing AI, data, or developer-facing products
- Exposure to ESG, sustainability, or regulatory topics
- Design skills (Figma, Webflow, or similar)
- Experience running webinars, events, or community-led growth
- Familiarity with tools like Attio, Lemlist, Apollo, Webflow, etc
