Fullstack Software Engineer

4MindsAI is an enterprise AI fine-tuning platform that transforms how organizations build and operate private, domain-specific AI. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design and build systems that enhance the 4Minds platform, working on both backend services and frontend interfaces in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features across the 4MINDS platform, owning work from backend services and APIs through to frontend interfaces
• Architect scalable, maintainable systems that integrate with the 4MINDS knowledge graph, data pipeline, and AI services
• Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for internal and external consumers
• Develop real-time data flows and WebSocket connections that surface AI model outputs to end users
• Design and maintain database schemas and queries optimized for performance at enterprise data volumes
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and audit capabilities that meet enterprise compliance requirements
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement design systems and reusable component libraries
• Build and maintain microservices within a multi-cloud and on-premises deployment architecture
• Establish and uphold testing standards, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices
• Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture decisions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards across the team
