Salesfinity is an AI Growth Platform that helps SDRs become more effective in their roles. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their outbound team, focusing on booking qualified meetings with B2B sales leaders through various outreach methods.
Responsibilities:
- Run outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings with B2B sales leaders (VPs of Sales, RevOps, SDR Managers)
- Make 150+ cold calls a day using our own dialer (yes, we dogfood — and it's good)
- Own your pipeline: research accounts, build lists, write your own sequences, test angles
- Work directly with Matt, the founder, and AEs on messaging, ICP, and deal strategy
- Hit monthly meeting and SQL targets
Requirements:
- 6+ months of SDR experience at a B2B software company (non-negotiable)
- You've cold called before and you're good at it — you don't flinch at the phone
- Based in Canada, able to work core US business hours
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Coachable, competitive, and allergic to excuses
- Bonus: experience selling into sales orgs, or familiarity with tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, HubSpot
