About this role
INFOTRON is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize enterprise financial systems. This role involves collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
- Act as the SME for Oracle Fusion Financials modules including AR, Cash Management, ChRM, AGIS, and Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Financial applications
- Lead solution design, gap analysis, testing, UAT, and production support
- Troubleshoot complex ERP issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support quarterly patches, financial close activities, SOX/ITGC compliance, and system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ERP enhancements and integrations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst / ERP Analyst experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Financials (Fusion preferred, EBS acceptable)
- Strong experience with Oracle Financial modules and SLA configuration
- Experience gathering requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills
- Experience supporting Finance and Accounting business processes
- Oracle EPM/Hyperion, BI Publisher, OBIEE, Snowflake, Sigma
- ERP integrations and public company experience
- Experience with AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Glean) and Oracle Fusion Agentic AI
