They are looking for a Business Development & Sales Mentor to connect with growth-minded individuals, sell high-ticket digital programs, and build a client base through relationship-driven digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Connecting with growth-minded individuals through digital marketing and social media outreach
• Having authentic, structured discovery conversations with qualified prospects
• Presenting and selling high-ticket digital programs and live destination events
• Following a proven 3-step sales system — no guesswork, no cold pitching, no products to store
• Building a client base through relationship-driven digital marketing
• Participating in live business training 3x per week plus on-demand recorded sessions
• Growing alongside a community of driven, like-minded business professionals full of support and wanting to see you succeed

Requirements:

• Have 5+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing, business development, leadership, or a people-driven field
• Are genuinely ready to explore building your own business — not just thinking about it
• Are self-motivated, coachable, and hold yourself accountable to your own results
• Are a strong communicator who is comfortable having real conversations with real people
• Are entrepreneurially minded with a genuine interest in digital marketing and online business
