Required Skills:
8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (SAP Commissions)
Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP Commissions implementations with SAP S/4HANA as backend
Strong experience as a Solution Architect in designing and implementing commission solutions
Expertise in:
Compensation plan design and configuration
Credits, Measurements, Incentive & Deposit Rules
Classifiers, Lookup Tables, Rate Tables, Formulas
Pipelines execution, payment analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Data integration, Data Staging, Data Load processes, and SPM Home setup
Commission database tables, Advanced SQL, and Stagehooks
Payment extract processes
Plan Communicator, Dispute Management, and Dashboards
Proration, Draws, Clawbacks, Leaves, Periodic Catch-ups, and Holds
Experience with AMS support, ticket resolution, and enhancements
Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, UAT support, cutover, and post-go-live support
Ability to lead distributed teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Nice to Have:
SAP Advanced Workflows (payment approvals and dispute resolution)
SAP Territory & Quota Management
Landing Pad and Smart Data Integrators using HANA
Crystal Reports BO setup experience
SAP Commissions Certification
Responsibilities:
Lead solution architecture and end-to-end delivery of SAP Commissions implementations
Own requirements gathering, solution design, estimation, and RFP activities
Configure and implement compensation plans and business rules
Create POCs, demos, and mentor junior consultants
Support testing, UAT, deployments, and production issue resolution
Manage technical risks and ensure timely project delivery
