Senior DevOps Engineer

Trident Search is a cybersecurity startup focused on solving complex problems related to data resilience and ransomware protection. They are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who will own architecture and deployment decisions, scale Kubernetes environments, and drive operational maturity within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Owning architecture, deployment and tooling decisions
• Scaling and improving Kubernetes-based environments
• Driving CI/CD, reliability and operational maturity
• Supporting customer and partner deployments
• Helping shape how the platform evolves as the business grows

Requirements:

• Strong Kubernetes experience
• Experience owning and building infrastructure rather than maintaining it
• CI/CD and automation expertise
• Strong Linux and cloud infrastructure experience
• Comfortable making decisions without waiting for permission
