Bristol Myers Squibb is a company dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. The Associate Director of Design Strategy & Brand Tools will drive creative excellence for the BMS brand and implement tools that enhance design across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead design and creative direction for internal and external corporate brand, supporting Tier 1& 2 enterprise initiatives, while leading Tier 3
- Collaborate closely with designers, content creators and agency partners to drive creative direction
- Work with external agency partners on design projects that link to corporate brand
- Responsible for the creative design aesthetic and ensuring assets adhere to brand guidelines
- Enforces companywide brand standards to maintain the design integrity of internal and external marketing materials and communications
- Drive discovery, development and implementation of design tools that elevate creative across high frequency and visible platforms such as PowerPoint presentation and digital design
- Collaborates on artistic direction of corporate content across omni-channel (internal and external)
- Works efficiently and effectively with Project Manager to keep projects on track and meet deadlines necessary to achieve business goals and objectives
