Responsibilities:

- Follow assigned schedules, including designated breaks and lunch periods

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Ability to work remotely from a designated home office in California
- Reliable high-speed wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps
- Comfortable using Windows-based computer applications and multiple systems simultaneously
