TD SYNNEX is a global distributor and aggregator of technology solutions, and they are seeking a Growth Marketing Campaign Manager to drive integrated growth marketing programs. This role will focus on executing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing performance, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, field, and partner channels
- Own end-to-end campaign execution from strategy through reporting and optimization
- Run always-on programs including webinars, email nurture, and content syndication
- Align campaigns with sales priorities and GTM initiatives
- Lead webinar strategy, execution, and performance
- Optimize campaigns for lead quality, conversion, and pipeline impact
- Partner with sales on lead follow-up and campaign alignment
- Work with marketing ops on tracking, attribution, and execution
- Collaborate with field and partner teams for coordinated programs
Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Proven ability to drive pipeline through integrated campaigns
- Experience across digital marketing programs
- Strong analytical skills with focus on performance and ROI
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo
- Strong project management and cross-functional execution skills
