Galent is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements across various modules. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, driving governance, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery
- Drive governance, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and resources
- Ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to best practices
Requirements:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow project delivery
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, etc.)
- Experience with integrations, CMDB, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
