Data Analyst/Engineer

Changeis, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst/Engineer to support data initiatives in their current work. The role involves creating reports, visualizations, and dashboards to turn data into actionable insights for a key federal client, while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver analytical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence applications, dashboards and reports using Databricks and other products
• Gather and analyze business requirements for reporting and analytics
• Perform data blending and analysis, combining data from multiple sources
• Translate complex data and findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives and visualizations
• Work with data engineers to ensure the necessary data is available and structured correctly for reporting needs
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer critical business questions

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role
• Expert proficiency with a data analytics tool, preferably Databricks
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Databricks and related tools
• Experience with other BI tools or analytics platforms (e.g., Palantir Contour)
• Basic understanding of data modeling and ETL processes
• Experience working directly with business users to gather requirements
