About this role
Arrowmac is a company focused on innovating digital experiences in the PropTech sector. They are seeking a Freelance Product/UX Designer to lead the design process, collaborate with teams, and advocate for user needs in property transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full design process from research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate business goals into impactful design solutions
- Conduct user interviews and usability tests to advocate for user needs
- Contribute to and refine our design system for consistency and accessibility
- Facilitate workshops, critiques, and reviews to foster design excellence
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients throughout project phases
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proven expertise in PropTech, Real Estate, or FinTech sectors
- Proficiency in Figma; experience with Sketch, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer
- Analytical mindset to interpret research and analytics
