Network Engineer (Mid-Level) – Enterprise Environment

Location: Las Vegas, NV Area (Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Strong Potential for Extension/Conversion)
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate

We’re partnering with a large, enterprise-level organization in a mission-critical industry to bring on a Network Engineer to support a high-availability infrastructure environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining network stability, performance, and reliability across multiple locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure
• Work with routers, switches, and firewalls in a production environment
• Assist with network design, implementation, and upgrades
• Respond to incidents (latency, outages, connectivity issues) and drive resolution
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure uptime and optimal performance
• Participate in an on-call rotation

What We’re Looking For

• Strong foundation in networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls)
• Experience supporting enterprise-level network environments
• Understanding of network topology and troubleshooting methodologies
• Hands-on experience diagnosing real-world network issues
• Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCDA) are a plus but not required
