Growth Signals is a company that builds and delivers enterprise-grade software solutions focused on reliability, security, and execution discipline. The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a key executive role responsible for defining and executing the company’s technology and product strategy, overseeing technical decision-making across various domains including architecture, engineering delivery, and AI systems.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end‑to‑end technical direction for Growth Signals, encompassing application architecture, APIs, infrastructure, integrations, data platforms, and AI systems
- Define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with enterprise customer requirements, security expectations, and company growth objectives
- Lead the engineering and product organizations with clear ownership and accountability
- Establish and maintain a disciplined engineering operating model covering planning, execution, testing, release management, and post‑deployment support
- Make architectural decisions that ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability across distributed systems and multi‑tenant SaaS environments
- Drive platform reliability and operational excellence, including observability, incident response, SLOs/SLAs, on‑call readiness, and post‑incident review processes
- Own secure development standards and practices, including threat modeling, identity and access controls, data protection, dependency management, and API security
- Lead enterprise security and compliance efforts, including SOC 2 readiness, audits, penetration testing, and customer security reviews
- Partner closely with Product to evaluate technical feasibility, manage tradeoffs, and sequence delivery while controlling technical debt
- Provide executive‑level technical leadership during complex enterprise deployments, escalations, and architecture reviews
- Guide AI and automation initiatives (LLMs, GenAI workflows, agent frameworks) with an emphasis on reliability, evaluation, monitoring, and enterprise safety
- Establish strong technical documentation, architectural decision records (ADRs), and knowledge‑sharing practices across teams
- Serve as the executive technical authority for Growth Signals with customers, partners, auditors, and senior technical candidates
