Syllo is on a mission to transform litigation with their AI-powered litigation workspace designed for lawyers and paralegals. They are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead key features and initiatives, collaborating closely with the design, product, and engineering teams to create thoughtful and polished user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own features independently from concept through developer handoff
- Communicate early and often—share work-in-progress, flag risks, ask questions
- Openness to giving and receiving feedback
- Quick iteration based on feedback, constraints, and shifting priorities
- Understand the business and technical implications of your design decisions
- Attention to detail, capable of QAing features before they ship, and communicating issues with the team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Expert-level Figma skills (components, variants, auto-layout, design systems)
- Strong UX fundamentals: interaction design, information architecture, visual hierarchy, accessibility
- Portfolio showing end-to-end product work (research to final UI)
- Own features independently from concept through developer handoff
- Communicate early and often—share work-in-progress, flag risks, ask questions
- Openness to giving and receiving feedback
- Quick iteration based on feedback, constraints, and shifting priorities
- Understand the business and technical implications of your design decisions
- Comfortable with evolving processes and ambiguity
- Not a perfectionist: understands that a shipped product is better than an unshipped, 'perfect' product
- Eager to learn and help raise the design quality bar
- Attention to detail, capable of QAing features before they ship, and communicating issues with the team
- Experience with design systems
- General understanding of the front-end web stack (HTML/CSS, optionally JS) is a big plus
- Background in complex or data-heavy products
- Fast-moving product team experience
- Basic knowledge of platforms for product versioning, like Git
