Cair Health is a startup focused on improving medical insurance claims through innovative technology. They are seeking a Software Engineer to collaborate with the founders on developing predictive capabilities and generative AI features for their platform.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the founders to shape the product vision and roadmap
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our platform
- Integrate machine learning algorithms to enhance predictive analytics on claims outcomes
- Take charge and lead future engineering hires, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Continuously iterate on the product based on feedback and data-driven insights
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software development, preferably deploying solutions at scale
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with healthcare data is a plus
