Role: Active Directory Admins/Engineers
Location - Alpharetta, GA. - Hybrid
Role Summary :-
Active Directory (AD) Admin/Operator to support day-to-day operations, configuration, patching, documentation, and incident management across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining secure, stable, and highly available directory services.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Perform day-to-day operational support for Active Directory and related identity platforms.
- Configure, manage, and maintain Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
- Execute patching, upgrades, and security hardening of AD infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service outages, and performance issues.
- Monitor AD health, replication, and domain controller performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
- Support user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and RBAC.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management activities.
