- 10+ years of experience in project/program management with strong techno-functional expertise in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end Citizens ecosystem lifecycle, ensuring successful planning, execution, deployment, and operational governance.
- Manage BIRA-related initiatives, Digital Passport programs, and associated citizen-facing platforms and services.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify project dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and compliance standards across multiple workstreams.
- Drive stakeholder communication, executive reporting, steering committee updates, and cross-functional coordination.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery milestones while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, change management, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Strong experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
