Patient Pilot is a rapidly growing performance-based marketing agency helping Red Light Therapy clinics across North America generate more patients, more revenue, and better results through paid advertising. They are seeking a Client Success Manager who will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, build strong relationships, solve problems proactively, and drive retention.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support high-value client relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience
- Identify client risks early and proactively address challenges to protect outcomes
- Oversee onboarding (within 5-7 business days), launch calls, offer clarity, tech setup, and go-live process. Ensure deliverables, communication, and performance are fully aligned
- Coordinate with media buyers and creative teams to communicate feedback and to improve client performance
- Strategically work with clients to scale campaigns while retaining their business
- Represent the company with professionalism, clarity, and authority
- Mentor future CSM team members as the department grows
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Client Success Specialist, preferably in a marketing agency environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including Facebook Ads
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to handle challenging client situations with professionalism and assertiveness
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Passionate about delivering high-quality client results
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel or similar)
- Leadership experience or interest in growing into a senior CSM role
