All Pro Security LLC is a rapidly growing regional security company operating across the Southwest. They are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to own and grow the Phoenix market, focusing on building relationships and closing recurring-revenue business.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business throughout the greater Phoenix metro area, While supporting growth initiatives and client development efforts in additional markers as business needs and opportunities arise
- Build and manage a self-generated sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic prospecting
- Conduct site walks, security assessments, and discovery meetings with prospective clients
- Develop tailored proposals and close recurring service contracts
- Partner closely with Operations to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client retention
- Represent All Pro Security at networking events, trade shows, property management events, and industry associations
- Maintain strong pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B outside sales, account executive, territory sales, or business development roles
- Strong hunter mentality with experience self-generating opportunities
- Proven ability to close new business and manage a sales pipeline
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory
