EOS IT Solutions is a Global Technology and Logistics company providing IT support services to major industry leaders. They are seeking experienced Security Engineers to support critical customer security initiatives, focusing on Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Email Security Appliance (ESA) implementations and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a lead security engineer supporting either ISE or ESA
- Act as a customer-facing technical expert, engaging directly with stakeholders to:
- Present solutions and recommendations
- Provide clear written and verbal communication
- Build strong client relationships
- Deliver against LCS project milestones, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer expectations are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network engineering, security operations, project management, etc.)
- Provide implementation, configuration, and ongoing support for security platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex security and infrastructure issues
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Engineer or Security Lead in enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in security solutions, including at least one of the following: Email Security Appliance (ESA), Identity Services Engine (ISE)
- Hands-on experience with security architecture, implementation, and support
- Experience working in customer-facing roles, including: Presentations, Technical discussions, Email communication with stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with clear, concise English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional project environment
- Availability to work within EST, CST, or PST time zones
- Relevant security certifications, such as: CompTIA Security+, AWS Security Specialty, AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale security deployments and migrations
- Familiarity with email security, identity/access management, and network security concepts
- Prior experience delivering services within structured frameworks (e.g., LCS or similar lifecycle models)
