Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe. They are seeking an ambitious Capture Director to lead priority pursuits and partner with business development executives and subject matter experts to develop winning strategies and solutions for government customers.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Operational environments and how to position Peraton to deliver end-to-end mission value to program sponsors
- Lead highly visible Peraton priority pursuits activities across all phases of our business acquisition process opportunities >$750M
- Responsible for the development of a winning offer and solution sets (e.g., technical, management, past performance, cost/price)
- Work with growth team solution professionals and technical subject matter experts to determine the overall solution strategy and approach, aligning customer’s objectives and requirements to generate value propositions and approaches to solve Government customer challenges to develop integrated, cost-effective solutions for inclusion in proposal responses
- Establish and manage communications and relationships with partners and subcontractors, coordinating customer communications and relationships with Business Development to drive high quality solutions and compelling value propositions
- Articulate all aspects of the win strategy, solution, and business case including risk and mitigation plans during governance reviews with senior Peraton management
