Required Skills & Experience

Strong project management fundamentals with PMP or equivalent certifications
Proven ability to bridge business and engineering teams through clear communication and translation skills
Handson Agile/sprintbased delivery experience with a productoriented mindset
Foundational understanding of AI concepts and terminology; prior exposure to AIenabled workflows or implementations preferred
Experience collaborating with offshore engineering teams and managing iterative, fastmoving environments
Skilled in stakeholder management, particularly with Finance/Accounting endusers and shifting requirements
Background in retail and finance/accounts payable domains
Technical fluency with comfort around architecture discussions; experience in Microsoft/Azurecentric environments
Track record of delivering business demos and product reviews every sprint
