Solvex Solutions is a globally established Digital Assets and Wealth Platform that is accelerating its growth across the United States. They are seeking a senior Growth Marketing Leader to build market presence, drive customer acquisition, and scale growth within the US crypto market, focusing on strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the US Growth Marketing Strategy focused on customer acquisition, market penetration, and business growth
- Drive growth across Paid Media, Lifecycle Marketing, Partnerships, Affiliates, Influencers, Publishers, Communities, and Content Channels
- Develop acquisition strategies targeting Retail Investors, Active Traders, Professional Investors, Institutional Clients, and HNWIs (High-Net-Worth Individuals)
- Build and maintain relationships across the US Crypto Ecosystem, including Publishers, Influencers, Content Creators, Affiliates, Agencies, Communities, and Strategic Partners
- Partner with global teams to localize campaigns, messaging, and growth initiatives for the US market
- Identify market opportunities, customer trends, competitor activity, and emerging channels to accelerate growth
- Build and scale the local marketing function as the business expands
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, partnership meetings, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Customer Acquisition, or Marketing Leadership roles
- Proven success scaling growth within the US Crypto, Digital Assets, or Fintech market
- Experience working for leading Crypto Exchanges, Digital Asset Platforms, Trading Platforms, Crypto Lending Businesses, or Wealth Management Products
- Demonstrated success acquiring and growing Retail, Professional Trader, Institutional, and HNWI customer segments
- Strong network across the US Crypto Ecosystem, including Publishers, Influencers, Content Creators, Affiliates, Agencies, Communities, and Strategic Partners
- Experience building and scaling Marketing Teams, Functions, or Growth Programs from an early stage
- Strong hands-on expertise across Customer Acquisition, Lifecycle Marketing, Paid Media, Analytics, Attribution, and Growth Experimentation
- Ability to operate as both a Strategic Leader and Hands-On Operator in a high-growth environment
- Must be based in the United States
