RemoFirst is transforming the way businesses hire and manage global teams. They are seeking a Product Operations Manager to drive clarity, speed, and excellence across their product organization, ensuring effective collaboration between Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Quicksight, SQL, Excel) to help PMs and leadership make evidence-based decisions
- Define key product health metrics (adoption, retention, support load) and drive consistent reporting
- Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data accessibility and trust
- Translate between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth collaboration
- Drive alignment with Support, Compliance, Legal, Finance
- Own the end-to-end process for product releases, ensuring readiness across Marketing, Client Comms, and Sales
- Build and run launch checklists, retrospectives, and release health reviews
- Manage change communication and ensure downstream teams have what they need to deliver
- Identify inefficiencies and standardize product team workflows (planning, documentation, reviews)
- Build repeatable systems for roadmap visibility, KPI tracking, and feedback cycles
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps in a tech environment
- Strong data skills (SQL or equivalent proficiency)
- Excellent communication skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Strong system-thinking mindset—thrive on solving organizational friction through process and tools
- Ability to work autonomously in a distributed environment; self-starter who can own projects end-to-end
- Prior experience supporting a global or multi-country product launch environment
- Experience aligning operations across Product, Customer Success, and Finance
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Exceptional organisational skills and excitement for a dynamic workload
- Ability to examine complex business situations, detect underlying issues, and investigate solutions systematically
- Ability to interpret and challenge data effectively—spotting patterns, identifying insights, and extracting meaningful conclusions
- Understanding of how empowered, agile product organisations operate and can apply that mindset to optimise internal processes
- Take ownership, keep momentum high, and find ways to move projects forward with minimal support or supervision
