Responsibilities:
- Refine messaging and differentiation across target verticals
- Improve consistency across outbound, demos, decks and websites
- Build first-call narratives, battlecards, and talk tracks
- Operationalize key GTM plays
- Support SDR messaging and outbound effectiveness
- Improve outbound quality and consistency across campaigns and sequences
- Develop case studies and measurable proof points
- Coordinate customer references, webinars, and market-facing stories
- Support PR, analyst, and credibility initiatives
- Connect Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership
- Coordinate agencies and external partners
- Improve consistency across campaigns, outbound, events, and GTM execution
- Leverage AI tools and agents to accelerate research and content development
- Establish AI-enabled practices that improve output speed, quality, and consistency
- Build and maintain competitive intelligence, battlecards, and market insights across priority competitors
