We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling
- Sales Prospecting: Conduct market research and identify target industries and companies
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
- Proposal Writing: Draft and submit winning proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services
- Negotiation and Contract Closure: Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
