Security Engineer - Email Security

CVS Health is building a world of health around every individual, and they are seeking a Security Engineer to provide engineering support for their Email Security infrastructure across a large enterprise. The role involves working with developers, application owners, and security teams to support Secure Email solutions and requires knowledge of email protocols and troubleshooting mail flow issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support for our Email Security infrastructure across a large enterprise
• Work with developers, application owners, end-users and security as needed
• Provide support towards our Secure Email solutions for the enterprise
• Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution of mail flow related issues in a complex environment
• Perform off hours work for deployments and on-call rotation in support of major incidents impacting email delivery

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience with troubleshooting & problem resolution of email related issues
• 2+ years' Experience working with email security tools like SaaS or similar
• 2+ years' development tools, scripting, automation development
• Customer service skills and excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, and written)
• Adapt to quickly changing priorities with a sense of urgency
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
