ClearPoint Health is a purpose-driven Alternative Funding Platform for small to mid-sized employers, aiming to enhance the quality of care while decreasing avoidable costs. The Associate Partner, Growth Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and communications that support the company's growth initiatives, focusing on strategic storytelling and content creation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, webinars, events, public relations, and partner channels
- Create compelling written content including employer communications, marketing campaigns, press releases, case studies, one-pagers, thought leadership articles, presentations, sales enablement materials, and executive communications
- Build and manage communication journeys that guide prospects, employers, brokers, and partners through various stages of engagement
- Translate complex healthcare, benefits, captive, and alternative funding concepts into clear and impactful messaging for multiple audiences
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to support product launches, strategic partnerships, association programs, and growth initiatives
- Develop campaign messaging frameworks, content calendars, and communication plans that align with business objectives
- Support webinar development, event marketing, and educational content creation
- Create and maintain marketing collateral including presentations, flyers, infographics, email templates, and other branded assets
- Perform light graphic design and content layout work using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials
- Track campaign performance and engagement metrics to continuously improve messaging and marketing effectiveness
- Support public relations efforts, customer success stories, testimonials, and market-facing communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred
- 3–7 years of experience in content marketing, communications, campaign management, public relations, sales enablement, or related marketing functions
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong presentation development and business communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, audience-focused messaging
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and executive leadership teams
- Experience in healthcare, employee benefits, insurance, consulting, or B2B marketing
- Experience supporting association, affinity, or partnership-based programs
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, and webinar platforms
- Familiarity with social media, content strategy, public relations, and sales enablement best practices
