Abcam, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to drive impactful marketing strategies across the Americas in the life sciences sector. This role involves developing and executing regional marketing strategies, collaborating with global teams, and enhancing customer engagement and pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop America's marketing strategies aligned to global brand, portfolio, and revenue priorities
- Localize global campaigns into regionally relevant, integrated programs and messaging
- Partner with sales to execute account-specific and segment-focused strategies for priority accounts
- Lead regional campaign execution across digital, content, events, and sales enablement to drive impact
- Act as a strategic bridge between global marketing and the Americas sales team, delivering insights and optimizing performance through data-driven insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including regional, field, downstream, or account‑based marketing, and/or experience in the life sciences sector through industry roles or direct laboratory research with demonstrated commercial application
- Life sciences industry experience, including industry roles or laboratory research exposure
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies in a global, matrixed sales environment
- Experience translating complex scientific products into customer‑centric messaging and managing multi‑channel campaigns with performance metrics
