Job Description: Mainframe Lead
Location: REMOTE
Duration : Long Term
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience with the following:
- Mainframe development and support, utilizing several of the following technologies: COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, SQL, MQ, Endevor or similar source control application
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with experience working with Xpeditor and Abend Aid
- Systems analysis and monitoring
- Experienced working with AI solutions for code review and automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities
- 2+ years of experience with large-scale offshore vendor support arrangements
- 2+ years of healthcare experience in one or more of these areas:
- Claim Adjudication
- Claim Payment/Banking, Electronic Funds Transfer
This is more of a code review, strategy, role, and NOT hands on development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare claim administration.
Education
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent demonstrated professional experience.
