Senior Analyst-Business Systems

Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system committed to reimagining healthcare. They are seeking a Senior Analyst-Business Systems to consult with department leaders, optimize business workflows, lead project teams, evaluate financial impacts, and collaborate with IT teams to maintain data consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with department leaders to translate their clinical and operational needs into modern technology plans, ensuring our front-line teams have the tools required to deliver seamless patient care
• Optimize existing business work-flows and system architectures to eliminate technical friction, creating a tightly integrated digital ecosystem for our staff
• Lead small, agile project teams through the design and launch of cross-platform integration projects that safely and securely connect vital health-care data systems
• Evaluate the financial and operational impact ($ROI$) of proposed technical solutions to ensure we are investing resources into initiatives that drive the highest value for our patients and providers
• Collaborate with the broader IT functional teams to maintain strict standards of data consistency, directly protecting the accuracy and quality of our shared health-care delivery systems

Requirements:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• Medicare Coverage Analysis, budget and prior research experience
• Experience with Excel, Google, and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) is preferred
