Biomedical Validation Engineer

Job Title: Validation Engineer

Location: Tucson, AZ (Onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Validation Engineer with 1 3 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry) to support equipment qualification and validation activities. This is a hands-on onsite role focused on ensuring compliance, operational integrity, and successful execution of equipment qualification projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
• 1 3 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech preferred).
• Experience supporting equipment qualification and validation activities.
• Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ methodologies and validation documentation.
• Understanding of cGMP, FDA, ISO, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
