Soho Square Solutions is a company focused on account growth within the BFSI sector. They are seeking an Account Executive Business Development Manager who will manage and expand existing client relationships with banks, insurers, and asset managers.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a book of existing BFSI accounts. Carry a number and own the outcome
- Build the right relationships. Multi-thread into technology and hiring-manager stakeholders across each account
- Sell both motions. Contingent staffing and SOW / project-based engagements
- Map and expand. Build the org picture for each client and grow our footprint account by account
- Place talent that performs. Convert relationships into reqs, submittals, and consultants in billing
Requirements:
- Five-plus years selling staffing or consulting services into banking, financial services, or insurance
- A track record of growing existing accounts, not only landing new ones
- Strong relationships with technology and hiring-manager buyers
- Comfort building a territory and multi-threading into large enterprises
- Experience across both contingent staffing and SOW / deliverable-based selling
- Existing relationships inside large BFSI enterprises
- A mid-market sales background, where reps learn to both land and expand
