Growth intern (US market)- Pipeline & Outbound

They are seeking a Growth Intern (US Market) to assist in sourcing and qualifying leads, conducting market research, and engaging with prospects to support customer acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and qualifying leads
• Build and maintain lead databases
• Conduct market research
• Engage with prospects through outbound communication campaigns
• Collaborate with the growth and sales teams to develop strategies that drive new customer acquisition

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills for market research, data interpretation, and identifying growth opportunities
• Excellent communication skills, including professional email writing and active listening for effective prospect engagement
• Growth hacking skills to creatively solve problems and identify innovative ways to expand customer pipelines
• Experience or interest in sales and prospecting activities, such as lead outreach and follow-ups
• Project management skills to organize and prioritize tasks effectively within deadlines
• Proactive and self-motivated mindset for remote work, with a strong attention to detail
• Interest in the video marketing or digital advertising industry is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
