This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the workforce platform, ensuring it meets business needs and delivers measurable value.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the workforce platform within the Enterprise Application Portfolio (EAP)
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert, translating business needs into system functionality, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring the platform is intuitive, reliable, and embedded in how work gets done
- Work closely with the Digital Enablement Manager, IT, and business stakeholders to operationalize platform roadmap priorities, drive adoption, and ensure the system delivers measurable value across field and office teams
