As an Associate Enterprise Project Manager, you will lead projects that enhance the experience for members and employees, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects, features, and business initiatives from planning through implementation and closure, ensuring successful delivery of objectives and outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements using an iterative and collaborative approach
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and key deliverables to keep teams aligned and on track
- Coordinate activities across teams, manage dependencies, and foster collaboration to achieve project goals
- Identify potential obstacles, proactively address challenges, and help remove barriers that impact project success
- Participate in project governance activities and provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure project artifacts, documentation, and deliverables meet organizational standards and audit requirements
- Support project budgeting, forecasting, invoice reviews, and reconciliation of project expenditures
- Organize and manage the work of external partners and vendors supporting project initiatives
- Create implementation plans and coordinate project launch activities to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes
- Identify opportunities to enhance project execution, team effectiveness, and delivery processes
- Seek coaching and development opportunities while expanding your project leadership capabilities
- Perform other duties as assigned to support evolving business needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supporting business and/or technology projects, with demonstrated ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously while applying strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Professional project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent preferred
- Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) preferred
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments preferred
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders across complex organizations preferred
