Sr. Fullstack Engineer (React, Node.js, TypeScript)

AspiringIT is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead system architecture, drive technical strategy, and mentor engineering teams while building highly scalable, secure enterprise applications on AWS. The role involves leading the design and development of applications, optimizing performance, and evaluating emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and development of secure, scalable, high-performance applications on AWS
• Define technical strategy, engineering best practices, and development standards
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor engineers across teams
• Partner with Product, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders
• Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and security in cloud environments
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance the AWS-based platform
