Responsibilities:

• Lead business and operational activities tied to application implementation and development
• Strong Agile experience: user story development, requirements gathering, and portfolio management
• Skilled in prioritizing multiple initiatives and presenting to large groups

Requirements:

• Lead Business Analyst/ Product Owner/ Product manager with Healthcare
• Requires 13–15 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related field
• Lead business and operational activities tied to application implementation and development
• Strong Agile experience: user story development, requirements gathering, and portfolio management
• Skilled in prioritizing multiple initiatives and presenting to large groups
• Healthcare operations expertise (payment integrity, claims, provider operations) highly preferred
• Product management or Agile Scrum experience
• Lean/Six Sigma training
• excellent communication skills
