IT Product Manager (Remote)

Purple Innovation LLC is a digitally-native vertical brand focused on innovative comfort solutions. The IT Product Manager will shape and deliver technology solutions that align with business objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to define, plan, and execute IT projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Purple Mattress's overall goals and objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and end-users, to gather and prioritize technology requirements
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the delivery of IT solutions and features over time
• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring that third-party solutions align with Purple Mattress's needs and standards
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects, providing solutions and contingency plans as needed
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of technology solutions
• Advocate for a seamless and user-friendly experience for both internal and external users, gathering feedback and making improvements
• Manage change associated with technology implementations, ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT product management, with a track record of successfully delivering technology solutions
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of software development and IT infrastructure best practices
• Ability to analyze and translate complex technical concepts into understandable business terms
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CSPO) is a plus
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is advantageous
