As an Automation Engineer, you will design and deliver solutions that eliminate manual work, improve consistency, and drive operational efficiency by building, deploying, and owning automation solutions end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions and system-driven workflows
- Translate business needs into scalable, practical technical solutions
- Evaluate and implement automation approaches (RPA, integrations, AI) based on long-term value
- Develop integrations across systems, data sources, and third-party platforms
- Ensure quality through testing, validation, and development standards
- Create clear technical and end-user documentation
- Partner with business leaders, analysts, and IT to deliver measurable impact
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
- Own solutions from design through production support
Requirements:
- Experience building automation solutions (workflows, integrations, or system automations) in an enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with automation tools, workflow platforms, or low/no-code technologies
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business processes into reliable technical solutions
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable supporting systems in production and resolving issues
- Experience with UiPath or similar RPA tools
- Exposure to AI-enabled automation (e.g., document processing, LLM workflows, decision support)
- Working knowledge of programming or scripting languages
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or similar field service platforms
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
