Responsibilities:
- Gather and document CMDB/CSDM requirements
- Define CI classes, relationships, and service models
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders
- Create BRDs, user stories, process flows
- Support UAT and adoption
Requirements:
- 5-8 Years of experience
- Engineer/Graduate with IT Background
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- CSDM framework expertise
- CMDB data model understanding
- Process mapping tools
- Stakeholder management
- ITIL framework
- ServiceNow exposure
