The successful candidate will spearhead the recruitment strategy, manage the talent pipeline, and promote the agency's brand while ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Responsibilities:

• You are a natural hunter. You will own our entire talent pipeline, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding high-caliber professionals into our remote business model
• You possess the marketing flair to build massive internal momentum, drive ticket sales, and pack the seats of our national conferences with hungry prospects
• You will align new recruits with our turnkey training systems to ensure they transition smoothly into active producers
• You will market our '100% Work from Home' culture so effectively that top-tier talent seeks us out
• You will craft compelling narratives about our agency's explosive growth, culture, and industry impact
• You command the room. Whether you are pitching passive income models on a company-wide Zoom or presenting to a room of prospects, your energy drives people to action
• You take extreme ownership of our organizational headcount and constantly innovate new ways to scale the agency
